Shive-Hattery is seeking a Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience in client contact and development, design, and leadership of architectural projects with a specific knowledge of pharmaceutical and science + technology project types and clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects, particularly those involving pharmaceutical and science + technology sectors.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Develop and implement innovative architectural strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Shive-Hattery\s Pharmaceutical design practice, focusing on laboratory and manufacturing opportunities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
  • A valid driver\s license and ability to navigate active construction sites.
  • Proficiency in using architectural software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

While a Bachelors Degree is the minimum education level required, candidates with advanced degrees or additional certifications may be considered favorably.
