Responsibilities
- Lead multidiscipline A/E teams through concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services for clients across a broad range of markets, including DoD, Federal/Local Government and Industrial.
- Cookordination between disciplines, interface with project stakeholders, and manage quality control processes to ensure each project is successfully completed.
- Proposal development and budget management
- Leadership of design teams
- Coordination of milestone submissions
- Construction Administration
- Project Closeout
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Professional License (PE, AIA, or RA) preferred
- DoD security clearance or ability to obtain clearance preferred
