About the Role
Lead and manage master planning projects from concept through to completion across diverse sectors including Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, and more. Develop site planning graphics, including 2D/3D density studies and site test fits, ensuring feasibility and constructability. Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Perform zoning analysis, support entitlement processes, and assist in site assessment and selection. Contribute to business development efforts through client engagement and project pitches.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in architecture or urban planning, with a focus on master planning or development projects.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of zoning, entitlements, and project feasibility analysis.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
