Architect / Project Manager

About the role

We are located in downtown Santa Cruz with projects throughout the bay area. We take pride in providing custom designs; listening to each clients' needs and vision while staying true to our own as well. We encourage collaboration, creativity and asking questions.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects and implementing all phases of the projects from start to finish
• Client meetings and coordination
• Establishing existing conditions
• Coordination of consultants
• Management of permitting process
• Managing schedules and budgets
• Production of Contract Documents
• Construction Management

Project types

• Residential remodels, additions, and new homes
• Civic projects for local governments and colleges
• Commercial: restaurants, music venues, salons, retail and offices

Qualifications

• Licensed or working toward licensure
• 8+ years of experience
• Proficient in Revit
• Work well with others and be able to support junior staff
• Well organized and communicate effectively
