About the role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documents.
• Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
• Cook up design presentations, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design accuracy.
• Resolve design and construction-related issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years
• Education: bachelor of architecture (b.arch.)
