Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Develop project concepts, programming documents, schematic designs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and process engineering disciplines.
• Prepare and oversee architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Perform design related tasks such as, but not limited to, building design & code review, bidding phase related tasks, and construction administration.
• Review project documentation for quality, completeness, and constructability.
• Evaluate materials, systems, and building technologies to support project goals and meet client's needs.
• Continually monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and/or maintain client relationships.
• Provide professional mentorship to early career staff.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Licensed Architect in the State of Wisconsin.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Autodesk Revit is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects through planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial building codes and permitting processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or rendering software.
• LEED Accredited Professional or experience with sustainable design initiatives.
