About the role

The role is responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients, and managing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing design solutions that meet client needs and project goals
• Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
• Managing project teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Conducting site visits and research to inform design decisions
• Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture or related field
• Experience working on complex projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Professional licensure preferred
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Experience with project management software

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
