About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead space planning and architectural design for government and institutional facilities
• Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction drawings meeting NFPA and accessibility standards
• Coordinate with multi-discipline consultants to integrate systems and layouts
• Ensure compliance with codes and agency-specific design criteria
• Conduct space programming and occupant load planning for operational efficiency
• Utilize architectural software to create floor plans and 3D models
• Support construction administration through reviews and code compliance verification

Requirements

• Architecture Degree from an accredited College/University
• 8+ years of design experience with commercial, industrial, and/or government facilities
• Experience in evaluating building enclosures including roofing and below-grade waterproofing
• Experience with design, failure analysis, and Enclosure Commissioning activities
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability

Pay

$107,900 – $195,050 annually
