Responsibilities
- Lead and develop detailed design and production of construction documents.
- Develop specifications, perform material/product selection and research.
- Perform code analysis.
- Assist designers and project managers in conceptual input on assigned projects.
- Maintain scope, schedule and budget on architectural aspects of projects.
- Develop and supervise discipline work plans and tasks.
- Review shop drawings and assemble requests for proposals, change orders and closeout documentation.
- Participate in the firm’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program by serving as architectural discipline checker for assigned projects.
- Perform other related work as apparent or assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture required.
- 3+ years of experience required.
- Proficient in REVIT and MS Office.
- Professional registration as an Architect, licensed to practice in the US is preferred but not required to apply.
Skills
- Ability to develop creative architectural design solutions.
- Understanding of technical details of building construction.
- Collaboration and communication skills with clients, other design disciplines, and contractors.
- Ability to understand and manage full project information from design through construction.
Pay
The salary range for this position will be: $75,200 to $96,000.
