Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop detailed design and production of construction documents.
• Develop specifications, perform material/product selection and research.
• Perform code analysis.
• Assist designers and project managers in conceptual input on assigned projects.
• Maintain scope, schedule and budget on architectural aspects of projects.
• Develop and supervise discipline work plans and tasks.
• Review shop drawings and assemble requests for proposals, change orders and closeout documentation.
• Participate in the firm’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program by serving as architectural discipline checker for assigned projects.
• Perform other related work as apparent or assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Proficient in REVIT and MS Office.
• Professional registration as an Architect, licensed to practice in the US is preferred but not required to apply.

Skills

• Ability to develop creative architectural design solutions.
• Understanding of technical details of building construction.
• Collaboration and communication skills with clients, other design disciplines, and contractors.
• Ability to understand and manage full project information from design through construction.

Pay

The salary range for this position will be: $75,200 to $96,000.
