About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in developing innovative solutions for complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Identify and address technical issues and bugs in production environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
