Architect-Associate (Data Centers)

Your role

You’ll deliver excellence in all phases of projects, from planning through construction administration and close-out, maintaining firm-wide quality standards while working closely with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Architecture from an accredited Architectural Program
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated program experience in the usage of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
• Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations
• Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
• Able to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams
• Able to travel to project sites in the US

Qualifications

• Master in Architecture
• Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states
• Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments)
• Participation in professional organizations (LEED AP credentials)

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $91,400.00 to $125,600.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
