Architect/ Associate Architect - Hybrid

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a focus on multifamily and hospitality projects. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural design concepts and solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project requirements.
• Ensure all designs meet LEED standards and sustainability goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution preferred.
• Can be licensed Architect or Unlicensed Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in some combination of the following: hotels, multifamily, hospitality, dorms and healthcare design.
• Multistory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LEED certification processes and standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Sketch-up and MS Office.

$85K-$110K base + bonus (salary depends on experience)
