About the role
Wholly H2O is seeking an ArcGIS specialist to join a small team creating natural and cultural history StoryMaps of San Francisco East Bay Creeks. The project involves mapping creeks (KMZ maps of each watershed already exist) and pinpointing locations of interest or historical events. The team includes a senior in natural resources and a recent PhD graduate in integrative biology, both from UC Berkeley.
Responsibilities
- Develop ArcGIS-based StoryMaps for SF East Bay Creeks using existing KMZ watershed maps.
- Collaborate with a team of two content specialists to integrate natural and cultural history data into interactive maps.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ArcGIS and StoryMaps.
- Experience with geospatial data and mapping projects.
