Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service by making change for Family Fun Center guests.
• Balances the change bank daily to account for all monies exchanged.
• Fixes minor video game problems to avoid inconvenience and frustration for guests.
• Monitors the children’s area to ensure safety and proper return of children to guardians.
• Answers questions and provides courteous assistance to guests.
• Maintains a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and fun area for maximum guest enjoyment.

Requirements

• No minimum formal requirements.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Good math skills.
• Courteous attitude and ability to uphold the highest level of integrity.
• Acts as a role model to other team members and presents oneself professionally.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements

• Mobility and dexterity to bend, crouch, turn, and reach overhead.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues.
• Mobility to navigate the arcade area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Positions with public contact require working in a noisy environment and may involve exposure to guests using tobacco products. Non-public contact positions may occasionally enter public areas and be subject to the same environment.
