AR Supervisor

About the role

This role will drive accounts-receivable operations for a leader in the Information Technology space. You will lead an offshore AR team, resolve complex billing issues, and ensure accurate cash application, collections, and global tax compliance. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence cash flow, process efficiency, and revenue integrity within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the offshore AR team in cash applications and collections
• Serve as the point of escalation for complex billing issues
• Own the cash application lifecycle for direct bill and AWS customers
• Drive the collections process and maintain cash forecasting
• Ensure sales tax and VAT compliance for global invoicing
• Identify and streamline process bottlenecks
• Support system implementations related to billing and reconciliation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of high-volume accounts receivable experience
• Experience in a scaling SaaS startup preferred
• Proficient in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Zone billing
• Experienced with Stripe
• Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively

Pay

$108,100 – $133,600 annually.
