Position Overview
As an AR Specialist at Quore, you will report to the Billing Manager. This role supports maintaining customer accounts and initiatives around customer retention. The billing and collections team is responsible for ensuring all customers are accurately billed each month, customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate, and initiating collections on past due accounts. This role will work in-person 4 days a week. We kindly ask that only candidates who are willing and able to work in-person at our Franklin, TN office apply for this position.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Maintain billing accounts and records
- Post customer payments by recording checks and credit card transactions. This also includes reconciling payment discrepancies
- Provide stellar customer service responding to inbound and outbound billing inquiries
- Aid in monitoring accounts receivable aging report and collections on past-due accounts
- Aid in initiatives for customer retention, including collaborating with other departments
- Maintain auto pay customers and address issues timely
- Monitor exception reports; report and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Research billing and collections inquiries and provide solutions as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing, collections, or hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when it comes to our customers
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the needs of a growing company
- Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Netsuite, SalesForce, or similar ERP a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred, particularly to support customer communication and collections activities
