AR Manager

About the role

AR Manager position based in Rockwall, TX with a hybrid work schedule. The role oversees the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, cash application, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application activities.
• Monitor aging reports and collections efforts to maintain healthy receivable balances and minimize overdue accounts.
• Review and analyze AR metrics, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead, develop, and support AR team members while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and operational teams to resolve customer billing issues and improve processes.
• Ensure account reconciliations are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting related to accounts receivable.
• Support system enhancements, special projects, and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability.

Pay

Compensation range: $120,000 – $130,000 base salary.
