About You

• Manage customer account invoicing
• Engage with customers regarding invoice submission
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries
• Collaborate internally to resolve invoicing questions or disputes
• Research and resolve internal processes to complete the invoicing process
• Maintain detailed customer order records
• Research and record customer payments

Experience & Education

• Minimum High School Degree
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in AR and collections or customer service
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite

Pay & Benefits

Annual Range $45,000—$60,000 USD
