AR Communications Specialist

We are currently looking for a professional and reliable A/R Communications Specialist for our Home Office location in Longwood, FL. Duties may vary from customer service, data entry, general office work, administration of internal office processes, and providing support to communities as needed. Job Duties Include Manage the preparation, processing, and distribution of AR communication documents, including customer notifications, assessment notices, collection correspondence, and lien-related filingsMonitor delinquency timelines and ensure notices are sent within required timeframes.Maintain and update reports to support account accuracy and workflow transparency.Assist with the processing, documentation, and monitoring of homeowner payment plans.
