What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and construction billing processes
- Prepare and submit AIA and progress billings in alignment with project contracts
- Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking
- Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized billing records, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
What You Bring
- 3+ years of AR or billing experience, ideally within construction or job-cost environments
- Strong understanding of AIA billing, lien waivers, and contract billing terms
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel with strong attention to detail
