AR Billing Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and construction billing processes
• Prepare and submit AIA and progress billings in alignment with project contracts
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing records, lien waivers, and compliance documentation

What You Bring

• 3+ years of AR or billing experience, ideally within construction or job-cost environments
• Strong understanding of AIA billing, lien waivers, and contract billing terms
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel with strong attention to detail
