AR Billing Manager

Position Title: AR Billing Manager We are seeking an experienced AR Billing Manager to oversee billing operations, improve accounts receivable processes, and strengthen financial controls for a growing manufacturing company in Channelview, TX. This position will lead a small accounting team, manage outstanding receivables, streamline collections, and implement systems that improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency. The AR Billing Manager will also play a key role in supporting the company's future ERP implementation. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in manufacturing, accounts receivable management, and team leadership. They will bring advanced Excel skills, experience with QuickBooks Desktop, and a solid understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal accounting controls.
