Aquatics Manager

Schedule: Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Work will be performed during Kirtland Aquatic Center operating hours of 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Federal holidays are normally excluded unless otherwise requested. Summary: The Aquatics Manager will oversee daily pool operations and manage lifeguard personnel at the Kirtland Aquatic Center. The position is responsible for ensuring safe aquatic operations, maintaining required staffing levels, coordinating schedules, managing certifications, conducting operational checks, and serving as the primary point of contact for facility coordination. The Aquatics Manager will ensure compliance with safety procedures while supporting military physical training and aquatic readiness activities.
