The Aquatics Manager is a key leadership role requiring a mandatory commitment of 28 to 32 hours per week. This position oversees day-to-day aquatic operations, lesson quality, and customer service across our West Portland Suburbs territory. Key priorities include enforcing brand and safety standards, managing and training instructors, handling parent communication, tracking certifications, and step-in teaching when necessary.
