The Aquatics Manager leads the daily operations of our aquatics program and customer service activities. You'll ensure the British Swim School curriculum is delivered to brand and safety standards, manage and mentor instructors, handle customer interactions, and teach lessons. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and is pivotal to our early success, helping us deliver a world-class experience for our swimmers and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor swim instructors
• Schedule pool lessons and staff shifts efficiently
• Maintain accurate records for employee certifications and compliance
• Teach lessons and model customer service excellence
• Build a positive, motivating culture for staff and students
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics, childcare, hospitality, fitness, or related field
• Specialized swim instruction credentials plus CPR/Lifeguard certifications (may be obtained during training)

Pay

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
