Aquatics Manager

About Us

American Swim Academy has been teaching the Bay Area to swim since 1973. Our goal is to promote water safety, comfort, and stroke technique for all ages and all abilities. Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92° and have been designed specifically for swim instruction. Member schools are independently owned and operated.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members
• Assist in the management and training of all school staff
• Teach classes and provide in-water training
• Assist Senior Management in the operation of the facility, including swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects

Requirements

• Service-driven management experience
• Experience in aquatics or recreation
• Must be able to work some nights as late as 8:45 pm

Schedule

• Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
• Schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour plus a quarterly bonus based on revenue achievement.
