Aquatics Instructor (Commission)
About the role
Looking to make some extra money? West Clermont HealthPlex is looking for part-time (working approximately 7 hours per week) Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at their client site located in Batavia, Ohio!
Current availability needed: Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
- Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
- Must have a strong swim background.
- Proficiency in all swim strokes.
Qualifications
Competitive pay is offered on a commission-based structure. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
