HealthFitness is looking for a Swim Instructor to join the Aquatics Team at our client site in Racine, WI.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
- Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification.
- Must have a strong swim background.
- Proficiency in all swim strokes.
Qualifications
- Meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to teach and motivate individuals.
- Strong swim background.
- Proficiency in all swim strokes.
