Job Summary

The Aquatic Center Supervisor, Manager, and Assistant Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the city's aquatic center, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aquatic center, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the aquatic center.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding aquatic facilities.
• Plan and implement programs and events at the aquatic center.
• Communicate with city officials and community members regarding aquatic center activities and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation management, physical education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aquatic facility management or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
