APRN or PA - Neurology

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric neurology patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide family-centered care by communicating effectively with patients' families and involving them in decision-making.
• Participate in medical rounds, case presentations, educational activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with practice rules and advocate for patient needs across the healthcare continuum.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, with current licensure and certification in Florida.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications.
• Experience in pediatric neurology is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to compassionate, family-centered care and ongoing professional development.
