The Emergency Department APRN at Community Hospital offers an opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and compassionate team. Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients in the emergency room according to policy and procedure and care standards.
• Maintains knowledge of medications, equipment, expected patient outcomes, and anticipated complications.
• Collaborates with the patient, the patient’s family, and other members of the health care team to implement and evaluate treatment plans.
• Works as a team member within the entire facility, coordinating patient care.
• Protects and advances the patient’s best interest.

Qualifications

• Current APRN Licensure with the State of Oklahoma required.
• Previous experience required, preferably in Emergency or ICU.
• Minimum of one year experience in Emergency or ICU preferred.
• BLS Healthcare required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within 120 days of hire.
