Apprentice Technician - Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson

Job Description Summary

Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson is seeking a motivated Apprentice Powersports Technician to join their fast-paced, high-volume service team. This position offers opportunities for growth and learning within the Sonic Powersports group.

Responsibilities

• Assist the apprentice technician in acclimating to dealership operations and share technical knowledge.
• Perform work as outlined on the repair order, including maintenance, installation of accessories, and diagnosis/performing repairs.
• Examine vehicles performing a multi-point inspection (MPI), recommending additional service work if needed.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth communication and accurate work orders.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and professionalism to Sonic Pride and Risk Management standards.
• Obtain OEM training and certifications to stay sharp.
• Deliver every unit in better shape than it arrived and help maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Valid motorcycle license required for test rides, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, MVR).
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Completion of an accredited Motorcycle, Marine, or Automotive program preferred.
