Responsibilities

- Assist Senior Technicians - Perform scheduled maintenance - Complete motorcycle inspections - Prepare new motorcycles for delivery - Install genuine Harley-Davidson accessories - Maintain shop cleanliness - Follow all safety procedures - Complete assigned training modules - Learn dealership processes - Deliver quality workmanship every repair

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift 75 pounds - Strong work ethic - Positive attitude - Dependable attendance - Mechanical aptitude - Willingness to learn - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Own basic hand tools (preferred but not required at hire)
