About the role
Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They also serve as a technical resource for both customers and sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors
- Provide technical support to customers and sales teams
- Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment
- Act as a primary customer contact
Requirements
- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds
- Pre-employment drug test and clean driving record required
- DOT physical required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Welding certification (preferred)
Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting and working at heights

Pay
The hiring range for this position in USA-WA-Seattle is $29.20-$40.15 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
Schedule
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
