About the role
Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They also serve as a technical resource for both customers and the sales force.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors
- Provide technical support to customers and sales team
- Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment
- Act as a primary customer contact
Requirements
- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds
- Pre-employment drug test and clean driving record required
- DOT physical required
Qualifications
Selected candidates must have the ability to work independently in a field environment, provide technical support, and perform tasks requiring physical effort such as lifting and working at heights. They should also possess good customer service skills and the ability to work outdoors.

Pay
The hiring range for this position in USA-CA-Yorba Linda is $26.85-$36.90 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs.
Schedule
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
