We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels — almost everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. All hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise location.

About the Role

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? As a Surface Experts Technician, you’ll use your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team regarding questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, and construction sites.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands — relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors. Understanding and matching color is a large part of the role.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay

Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour, including base pay and performance-based bonuses.
