Apprentice Plumber

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking Plumbing Apprentices to join a creative, energetic team dedicated to delivering top‑notch customer service. Apprentices perform basic plumbing tasks, assist licensed plumbers, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while receiving on‑the‑job training, shadowing, and guidance toward further plumbing licenses and certifications.

Pay

$14‑$16 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers in completing work orders and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Organize materials as instructed
• Unclog and clean sewers and drains for customers under supervision
• Operate company vehicle safely and courteously
• Observe all safety requirements
• Communicate professionally while in uniform

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license with at least 5 years of clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 6–12 months residential service apprentice experience
• Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Desire to become a licensed plumber and willingness to study for an exam
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Well‑groomed appearance; clean uniform and work shoes
