Responsibilities
- Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers: walk-in, telephone or internal technicians
- Provide exceptional customer service to maximum customer satisfaction
- Keep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learning
- Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians
- Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issues parts for all work orders
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving of parts
- Accurately document all parts related information on a regular basis
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Post-secondary diploma or trade certification preferred
- 4+ years related experience in truck parts sales
- Prior parts counter sales experience or parts/warehousing knowledge
- Great interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work with others
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong business ethics with a professional approach at all times
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Certification or ability to attain certification
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test

Schedule
The work schedule is Monday- Friday 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Pay
The pay range for an Apprentice Parts Counterperson is $29.00- $37.00 per hour, based on experience.
