Apprentice & Journeyman Electricians – Northern, CO (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Summary

BLS Electrical is actively hiring Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for a large industrial project in Northern Colorado. This is a long-term opportunity with round-the-clock hours, per diem pay, and long-term employment.

About the Role

This position involves installing electrical systems, running underground conduit, performing wire pulls, reading and executing work from blueprints, completing clean, code-compliant installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems on an active industrial project.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems including conduit, feeders, panels, wiring, and lighting
• Run underground conduit and perform wire pulls
• Read and execute work from blueprints and electrical plans
• Complete clean, code-compliant installations
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems as needed
• Work closely with team members and other trades on site

Requirements

Apprentices (2nd–4th Year)

• Active Colorado Apprentice Electrician License
• At least 2 years of commercial electrical experience
• Experience with conduit bending, wire pulls, and basic installs
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to grow

Journeymen

• Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
• 4+ years of commercial or industrial experience
• Strong skills in layout, conduit, feeders, panels, and lighting
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to the Northern, CO jobsite
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to safety on an active jobsite

Skills

• Commercial/Industrial electrician experience (2 years required)
• Colorado Electrical License required
