About the role
Apprentice / Journey Level Lineworker position focused on 15 kV system maintenance, overhead and underground construction, and public interaction. Standby duty is required for outage response at all hours, even when not on call. Applicants must be willing to relocate and live within thirty minutes of the Cooperative’s headquarters under normal driving conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Diploma from an accredited lineworker training program
- Familiarity with 15 kV system maintenance and both overhead and underground construction
- Valid Minnesota Class A Driver’s License
- Strong public-relations skills and ability to interact positively with the public
Qualifications
- Cooperative or utility industry experience preferred
