Apprentice HVAC Service Technician

We invite full-time Apprentice HVAC Service Technicians to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ. You will be a full-time student in the Service Professionals HVAC Academy for the Fall 2026 Class, beginning mid-September and lasting for 4 months. At graduation, you will become a maintenance technician and qualified to run calls on your own.

Responsibilities

You will be attending trainings led by our in-house trainer, following a defined curriculum. Attendance will be strictly monitored. We expect you to develop the skills required to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to:

• Sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, handle controls, hear, and talk.
• Reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces.
• Regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Use close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work—you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
