Apprentice Engineer, Plant Operations and Maintenance

Position Overview

Performs duties necessary to maintain the physical structure in good cosmetic appearance, interior and exterior of the Hospital.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
• Appropriate trade/technical/vocational training is essential
• Journeyman carpenter experience (preferred)
• Good working knowledge of all products and substances used to maintain the facility
• Understanding of materials safety data sheets and ability to maintain a current list of products
• Knowledge of all associative products
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule

• Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Shift: Days (8-hour shifts)
• Days of the Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Weekend work as needed

Pay

Pay Range: $47.61 to $69.59 per hour. The compensation range may vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
