Apprentice Electrician

Must be within 40 miles of Odessa, Texas. Must be authorized to work in the USA to apply.

About the role

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, panels, and fixtures. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

• Valid electrician's license
• 3 years proven experience as an electrician in various settings, including oilfield-related experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
