Responsibilities
- Assists with installation, repairs, maintenance and troubleshoots of electrical systems.
- Assists with blueprints, runs conduit, wires devices, troubleshoots and performs quality control testing.
- Assists with reading mechanical and electrical drawings and code specifications for determining wiring layouts.
- Assists with troubleshooting, testing and repairing emergency generators and various electrical systems and power distribution systems to ensure they are working properly.
- Assists with running tests, isolating problems, replacing damaged section of wiring, and laying out circuits.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or completion from trade program or technical school, required.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction, refrigeration, HVAC, or other related industry/trade, preferred.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to read and understand blueprint that details electrical devices need to be installed.
- Ability to look for issues and be a capable problem solver.
- Organized and analytical.
- Ability to act on instructions and work well with others.
- Skill in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
- Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Regularly stands, sits, walks, talks, hears, drives, uses hands and fingers.
- Occasionally reaches, stoops, and kneels.
- Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds.
- Uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
- Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
