About the role

DuctMasters USA, Inc located in Weston, FL is looking to hire a full-time Apprentice Ductwork Installation Tech to assist our experienced installers. This skilled trade position earns $15.00 - $18.00/hour based upon experience, in addition to bonuses and commission! We also offer amazing benefits after 90 days including 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, paid sick time, and paid vacation (after 1 year)! And, the opportunity to learn HVAC service over time.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform duct installs, repairs, and cleanings
• Professionally interact with clients
• Learn from experienced installers
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC experience or HVAC school experience required
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Be an honest hard worker
• Be a great communicator
• Be punctual and reliable
• Be detail-oriented
