Apprentice Cooper

Train to become a Cooper through our four-year, work-based, assessed programme. For the first three years, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of the history of coopering while developing the hands-on skills and techniques of the craft. In your final year, you’ll progress into mechanical cooperage, building on your expertise to master modern processes.
