Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. We Offer: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses, Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs, Pay raise following paid training completion, Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings, Paid holidays and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom toolkit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
