About the role

This position involves performing creative repairs on-site, including repairing surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, and elevator panels. The role requires hands-on experience with manual work and an interest in mechanical or repair work.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day
• Perform work on-location while displaying good customer service and communication
• Problem-solve with repairs in various settings such as apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
• Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Problem-solve alongside our designated Support Team for any issue
• Learn and integrate our one-of-a-kind 5-step process into your creative routine
• Master each instrument and tool in your personalized tool-kit
• Flex your artistic talents – each repair requires a unique solution
• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work – From construction and manufacturing, to painting or sculpting.

Requirements

• A background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not a requirement.
• A keen eye for color matching and attention to detail.
• A desire to learn how to repair bathtubs, counters, floors, and cabinets (no prior experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team with an excellent work ethic.
• The desire to serve by going the extra mile – making our customers happy may take a little extra effort, and we want folks who love seeing their customers happy.
