About Surface Experts
Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, elevator panels, and almost everything else. Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships by saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. All hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise location.
Responsibilities
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Requirements
- Experience working with your hands—this could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors—understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Pay
Pay range of $18 to $21 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses. Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs. Pay raise following paid training completion.
Schedule
No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available). Paid holidays and paid time off.
