About the role

Service, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness. Work under moderate supervision to perform basic tasks associated with aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair, modify, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in a safe and timely manner.
• Accurately complete required maintenance-related paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co-workers and leadership apprised of work progress and difficulties as they arise.
• Complete on-the-job training (OJT) forms and any required reading in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• FAA Airframe or Powerplant license or enrollment in Part 147 school preferred.
• Previous aviation and/or mechanical experience preferred.

Physical demands

• Sit, use hands and arms, talk or hear, and focus on objects close up.
• Full color vision and visual acuity with or without corrective lenses.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Handle and climb ladders and aircraft stairs.

Pay

Base pay range: $20.77 – $22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a quarterly corporate bonus. Final hourly rate will be determined by skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
